Instructions for 1 serving:

For soup - Add 1-2 teaspoon to 1 cup of soup and stir for 1 minute. Goes extremely well with seaweed clam soup.

For salad - Soak 1-2 teaspoon in cold water for 3 minutes. Toss with salad.
